To cut it short, Luka嘅中文名叫「翱伽」，讀O-Ka😉

做爹哋媽咪其中一個重任就係幫小朋友改名🤔
英文名其實都算順利地改咗；
4月做gender reveal嗰日同參加嘅人講咗，又估唔到大家都好鍾意呢個名，@vickywoo630話好日系，大家就話好襯我哋，覺得BB應該係個暖男😝
我而家嘅英文名Sean係我讀中學嘅時候睇NBA，跟馬刺嘅一個球員改嘅；而Luka都係因為NBA另一個球員 @lukadoncic 而揀嘅😆

去到中文名就有啲難度，因為中文字嘅選擇實在太多，反而覺得無從入手😵‍💫
問過其他做爸爸媽媽嘅朋友，除咗大路嘅「搵師傅改」之外，亦都有唔少人話諗吓想囝囝第時係一個點嘅人嚟去改
初時Vicky話想用「睿」，因為想BB叻啲，意思上我無咩異議，只係我唔係100%鍾意呢個字，所以繼續諗
突然間「翱」字pop咗出嚟，覺得好型之餘，又好有意思

個囝如果係叻固然之係好，但係呢樣嘢唔係guarantee，如果佢唔叻咁點呢？我其實好想佢搵到一樣佢好鍾意嘅嘢，讀書又好📚運動又好🏀藝術又好🎹，搵到之後就喺呢個範疇出最大嘅力，做到最好，喺自己嘅領域「翱翔天際」
就算做唔到最好，我都希望佢可以自由自在，有自己嘅一片天空

至於個「伽」字，match返Luka個音真係其中一個原因😆，想佢似伽利略都係嘅，因為睇返伽利略嘅生平，知道原來佢爹哋係想佢做醫生嘅，但係佢最後喺天文同物理上嘅成就，正正就反映咗佢正確嘅選擇。

8. 上篇文講鄧成波，有啲網友留言話而我不知道陳偉霆，唔知真定假。至於識佢個仔嘅，應該更少，應該冇乜人叫得出佢個仔個名，只會講「波叔個仔」，或其他更難聽嘅稱號。

9. 但，如果我年紀嘅，真係冇可能唔識新馬仔，同埋新馬仔個仔。慎防啲讀者太後生，即係，遠古年代嘅溏心風暴（好似我最後一套睇嘅無線劇），都係inspired by 新馬仔爭產。而當年 電視更加係日播夜播，城市追擊（即係而家嘅東張西望）日日講，仲有呢個 「永祥內的快樂聖誕」（你老味起題嗰個真係有文化，向「戰場上的快樂聖誕致敬」，邊個話TVB冇料到？）。真係個個都知小艾同九舅父（都話後來溏心風暴照抄）。喂大佬，我地當年唔好話Facebook CNN，網都冇得上呀，乜都係睇無線。你見咩「殯儀之星」之類嘅名稱，都係嗰時發明的。

10. 但講返，兆尊（懶係熟咁）最為人所津津樂道，當然係佢可以三房（後來好似有四房）人和平共處，仲可以出嚟分享心得，網民話齋，到底我睇咗啲乜？

11. 或曰，扯，有錢人三妻四妾好正常，燊哥都係咁。係丫，但，燊哥年代點同而家？況且，我好似冇見燊哥幾個女人一齊出街？呀兆尊真係可以拖埋三條女公然出嚟畀你影相喎，真係十分前衞，親身下體現咩叫open relationship，向傳統一夫十妻制嘅異性戀霸權說不。我肯定何式凝心中都好佩服佢，西蒙波娃都會同祥哥講你生咗個叻仔。

12. 而你睇佢係咪好多錢？好似唔係喎。咁同你同我比梗係多啦，但冇可能係鄧成波嗰種級數啦係咪？佢老豆都未必得啦。咁仲要大家知道，後來兆尊同祥嫂和好嘛—Translation ：講掂數啦

13. 呀兆尊到底有幾錢？唔知，佢都未必知。但傳媒話，15億！「其實唔多」

18. 有人提起「掌門人」，唏，我係一個文青，唔睇啲咁低俗嘅節目（聽講你啲網友當年都冇人睇的）。但我記得佢上去「大懷舊」，拿，文青呀。好似話仲有「皆大歡喜」，唏，文青嘢嚟的，好有文化架。啲食字gag玩到出神入化，除咗「磁力共鎮」外，我記得有集有個殺手，叫做陳環。你問下而家啲小朋友知唔知個gag位係乜？

Tip No. 41: You know those quirky little things you do and think? Collect them in a file or on paper. Even if you’re a storyteller, you can use these as details to add depth and distinction to your jokes.

Tip No. 45: Don’t Hoard Jokes
Don’t worry about “burning” material on a special or album. Hoarding jokes may signal to your brain that you’re out of ideas. “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” — Maya Angelou.

Gary’s thoughts on Tip No. 45: This attitude has been crucial to an unprecedented streak of creativity over the last two years. I’ve written four hours of material, which is almost as much as I wrote in my first 23 years of comedy. Most important has been my health, this idea may be second.

Tip No. 90: After a Good Set, Brainstorm
You just had a great set. Instead of celebrating, use that hour or so after when the synapses are still firing and your confidence is soaring to voice record or write down the ideas that pop up during that especially fertile creative time.
如果你剛完成一場精采的表演，不用太早慶祝，要在大腦突觸仍在觸發、信心爆發、靈感特別豐腴的創作時間裡，把突然出現的想法錄音或寫下，再多花一個小時左右的時間繼續創作吧。

Tip No. 92: Notice where you do your best thinking. The shower? Running? Listening to music? Not listening to music? Driving? Walking? Make sure to put yourself in the places where you’re doing your best thinking as frequently as possible.

Tip No. 157: Need new joke ideas? Be sensitive. If you’re uncomfortable with that word, use “irritable” (or grow up). A lot of good comedy comes from reaction to injustice or discomfort large and small, which requires being hypersensitive to those feelings.

Tip No. 310: When it comes to solving the puzzles that are our jokes, draw on every area of knowledge, expertise, and talent. It’s so gratifying to use a fact, a lesson, or a memory from elementary school, high school, or elsewhere to fill in the joke.

〈無垢鳥〉的歌詞係由《維摩詰所說經·方便品》以及客語童謠〈阿啾箭〉所發想而成。
The lyrics are inspired by “The Vimalakirti Sutra” and the Hakka nursery rhyme “Black Drongo”.

阿啾箭為大卷尾的客語稱法，是地域性很強的鳥類，昔常見於農村牛背上；維摩的梵語是清淨、無垢的意思，結合以上二者，故曲名題為〈無垢鳥〉。
A black drongo is a highly territorial bird often seen resting on the back of a cow in the countryside. “Vima” in Sanskrit language means clean and pure, which is why the song is named “White Drongo”.

〈阿啾箭〉這首童謠使用在電影《光的孩子》的劇情關鍵處，藉由不同角色的無伴奏哼唱，前後串連出生命、情感的一脈相承。〈阿啾箭〉的童謠歌詞迴環反覆、直白簡要，指出無父無母的處境、追尋的失落，剛好扣合電影的角色際遇，也與《維摩詰所說經·方便品》的核心精神相呼應。
The Hakka nursery rhyme “Black Drongo” is used in an important part of the film “The Child of Light”. Hummed by different characters without the accompaniment, it expresses how our lives and feelings are interrelated. With the rotatory and straight forward lyrics, we know how it feels when you’ve lost your parents and try to find something but in vain, which is what the protagonist of the film has been through and in accordance with the core of “The Vimalakirti Sutra”.

〈無垢鳥〉歌詞以聚沫、泡、燄、幻、夢、影、浮雲、電等喻，示明無常的諦理；而〈阿啾箭〉童謠則提供了一個生活感的基底；兩者一虛一實，精神層面和現實景況交匯共振，成為了普世無盡的扣問。
A cluster of foam, a bubble, a flame, an illusion, a dream, a shadow, a cloud and lightning in the lyrics show us how transitory life is while the nursery rhyme “Black Drongo” itself describes an ordinary daily routine. The former is unreal while the later is real. When the spirituality meets the reality, endless questions arise ubiquitously.

〈無垢鳥〉是電影《光的孩子》的片尾曲。原初的構想是希望片尾曲能有不斷往前、往前，最後隨風消散的感覺，意圖在影片結束時，以對自然的感知、經文的無常空相，延擴至更超然的識界，並帶給人飛昇、療癒的力量。
“White Drongo” is the ending song of the film “The Child of Light”. The initial conception about ending song is to deliver the feelings of going forward and fading away eventually. We expect that the ending shows the sense to nature and the impermanence of sutra expending to the unlimited ambit, and also provides people the power of inspiration and mind-curing.
